Terms of use
The service
Kmanda lets you create and run an online shop with cash on delivery. Signing up and the basic use are free.
You are the seller
You are responsible for your products, prices and deliveries, and for following the law towards your customers. Your shop's legal pages (terms of sale, legal notice, privacy) are written from your settings: check them and fill in your legal details.
Prohibited goods
You may not sell illegal, counterfeit or dangerous goods, regulated goods without authorisation (weapons, medicines, drugs), or mislead customers about a product, a price or a delivery.
Suspension and closure
We may suspend a shop that breaks these terms or the law, after telling you, except in an emergency. You may ask at any time for your shop to be closed and your data exported.
Your customers' data
For orders, the platform processes your customers' data on your behalf (as a processor): it uses it only to run your shop, never sells it, and protects it. You remain responsible for how it is used.
Liability
We do our best to keep the service available and safe, but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. The platform is not a party to the sales between you and your customers.
Changes
Before any important change to these terms, we tell you in your back office.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Tunisian law.
