Who handles your data

Kmanda runs the Kmanda platform.

Merchants' data

For your account: your name, e-mail, phone, password (stored hashed, never in clear), your sign-in sessions and the log of actions in the back office.

They are used to create and secure your account, run your shop, write to you about the service and answer your support requests.

Shoppers' data

Orders belong to each shop: the platform hosts and processes them on the shop's behalf, following its settings. Each shop has its own privacy page.

Hosting

The data is hosted on secured servers.

How long we keep it

Your account data is kept while the account exists, then deleted or anonymised, unless the law requires otherwise. The action log is kept for the shops' security.

Cookies

These pages use no advertising or measurement cookies. Only the language cookie (tn_locale) and, in the back office, the session cookies are used.

Your rights

You can see, correct or delete your data (Organic Law No. 2004-63 of 27 July 2004) from your back office or by contacting support.
